Giving you an opportunity to tell your story of your experience surrounding Historical Spiritan Sexual abuse
Restore Together has spoken to many victim/survivors who simply wish to be given a Voice so their experience relating to sexual abuse in a Spiritan school can be heard, shared, and believed. Staff, family, and friends are all part of the Spiritan abuse story
By hearing your story and combining it with many others, it will consolidate what we have heard and possibly shed new light on who knew what, and what actions were/were not taken, and why this happened. Our aim is to publish stories either in full or in part, so a permanent record will be available online of what happened in Spiritan schools relating to sexual abuse. You take control of your story by deciding on anonymity or not.

- When you have finished recording your story, download it as a Word doc
- Edit your story if necessary
- Fill in the form below and upload your report
Your story passed to Restore Together
- You will receive a submission confirmation
- Your story will be assigned a unique reference
- Your story will be held in a secure cloud location
- Access to your story will be strictly controlled by Restore Together so that only those few people who need access do so, unless you indicated otherwise.
- Restore Together will retain your story for two years or until the report is published, whichever is the longest.
- At all times RT will adhere to GDPR regulations.
- No personal names may be used in your recording, but you may refer to priest A or Classmate A.
- To ensure the utmost professionalism handling your story, Our Voices is Chaired by Dr Marie Keenan from UCD who is a renowned expert in the area of sexual abuse victim/survivors, and her hand picked team.
- Your story will be accessed only by Our Voices vetted staff.
- A report will be published and available on the Web in perpetuity. You will shortly decide how your story can be published
